Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damaged packages rests with the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, misdelivered, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Any issues regarding transit, delivery confirmation, delays, or missing packages must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
If a package is lost in transit, customers should file a claim directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided.
Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows a package as delivered, we are not responsible for stolen or missing items after delivery confirmation. Customers should contact the carrier and local authorities if theft is suspected.
