When will I get my order?
We ship orders as quickly as possible! Most items arrive within 8-11 business days, unless the product description states otherwise (such as preorder items). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email from the carrier. Delivery times depend on your location.
What if my order is delayed or my tracking hasn’t updated?
Once your order ships, delivery timing and tracking updates are handled by the carrier. During periods of high volume, tracking may take time to update and deliveries may be delayed.
If your package shows as in transit or delivered, we recommend first contacting the carrier directly, as they can provide the most accurate delivery information.
