How are your products made?
All of our pieces are made to order in collaboration with our production and fulfillment partners. Each item is created just for you after your order is placed—allowing for a more intentional, low-waste process and a carefully finished result!
When will I get my order?
Please review the product description for the most accurate delivery timeline. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Delivery times vary based on your location and the item(s) ordered. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages.
What if my order is delayed or my tracking hasn’t updated?
Once your order ships, tracking and delivery updates are provided by the carrier. During high-volume periods, tracking may take a bit longer to populate, and transit times can be delayed.
